MTN the worst company on the planet

The absolute worst service ever, did an online upgrade (delivery will take 10 to 15 days), I will be on leave and wont be available to accept delivery. I don't have the phone but I have to pay for the contract/phone and I cannot cancel the upgrade! Calling their customer care is just being transferred from one person to the other with no assistance! The worst service EVER.
