I sent the below mail to MTN complaints department, ICASA complaints department, the Ombudsman and all were return undelivered.

MTN, ICASA AND THE OMBUDSMAN HAVE NO INTEREST IN CUSTOEMR SERVICE

I have tried for seven months to cancel a contract with mtn, IMPOSSIBLE.

Dhirendra Singh failed to solve the problem and walked away. Soloman Monyelo just did not respond. Ntombizethu Bopela promised to come back to me with a solution, still waiting. Lebobang Phaho phone me on the 23/4/2024 committing to come back to me the same day, still waiting.

nobody leaves their contact details, everyone apologies for the SHOCKING SERVICE, but then continues to provide the exact same SHOCKING SERVICE.

I can't even get the document to port to Vodacom.

I have no expectation that mtn will respond to this either.
