mtn the worst client service ever.
if i could give zero starts i would.
i have phoned mtn 5 times whilest being on hold for over 45 min with no answer. tried phoning the glen branch and was informed they can not assist me i need to phone 135. when i do get an answer i get transfered whilst still speaking.
my nr is ***.
i will block my debit order to mtn and show you the same arrogance your consultants have shown me.

22 Oct 2021, 12:12MTN client service is a complete joke..... no one knows whats happening nor do they have any telephone etiquette all of your " service champions" are rude as hell.
after spending 45 min on a call with your so called service champions they laugh and drop the call. i phone back and wait 24 mins for an answer then i get transfered and get told by yet another agent anthony i need to go to a branch if i dont want to wait 25 mins for an answer.
so it seems its not a call center problem but a MTN problem as you do not even bother to respond to any of my concerns.
thank you for the free phone as i will not pay a cent towards you clowns.
