MTN the worst cellphone provider ever!!

I thought changing to MTN would be better but what an eye-opening experience! I took out a MTN home router package, every month the amount increases.. I took it out for R399 .. two months later I was paying R457. Now the SIM card on the router just stopped working. There ARE NO CUSOMER SERVICE ... You only speak to a bot. Then I emailed them. They only reply once a day, emailing back and forth for more than a week now, I still don't have Internet, they still don't realise that I'm needing a new SIM card.

Vodacom is probably the best, I never had to struggle this much for service.
