MTN - The worst cellphone provider

The worst network in the country. They upgrade your bundles without your consent even if your contract have not expired yet. When you log a complaint they does assist you but refers you someone else for an hour at a time. Worst customer service. Their ***** department does not know between a legal and an ******* upgrade. We struggle for more than a month now for MTN to rectify this matter but they just give someone else to speak to without resolving the problem. When you refuse to pay for the upgrade they cut your line, although you have paid your account in full without the upgrade amount. I will open an ***** case with SAPS afainst MTN. MTN do not care about their customers, only about money. I will leave MTN when my contract expire.
