MTN - The Worst.

Horrible service from MTN. I have been trying to contact their customer service line to report suspected ***** on my MTN account yet there is no option for speaking to a consultant. I DM'd them on Twitter, sent numerous emails and calling yet remain unassisted. They have been giving me the run around in confirmation my monthly payment and when my contract ends. Other service providers are offering their utmost best service during this time but no, NOT MTN.
