MTN the worst and continue to ***** from customers.

MTN has really lost it and continue to ***** from my account. As an existing MTN customer I upgraded from contract to the black friday 200G sim only deal in Dec 2023. MTN has since billed over thousands of rands instead of the R299 i have signed up for. I have logged two queries which were completed and closed. Can anyone in MTN please help and stop this immediately. I'm beyond angry and opening a case of ***** with MTN. Stop and attend to my query ASAP.
