MTN the worst

Nov they billed me for a full cycle fomr 27/11 - 26/12 December they prorata billed me agin for the period 03/12-2612. Two months now I've queried to get the credit note for the part where i was double billed. The most *********** people with knowledge or logic works at MTN. No customer service. The worst service provider ever. Know now how they were able to make a donation to our goverment...
