MTN-THE WORST

The worst service provider you could ever go for. I have been with them for years on a sim contract. A few months back I upgraded to a router. I have been paying my account via debit order. After I upgraded they stopped debiting and stopped providing data to my phone. I didn’t much of it. One day I decided to go check at a MTN store why did they stop debiting only to find out that I owe over R1k and the were handing my account over and updating it to credit bureau as a defaulter. I was confused and asked them to explain how I could be owing when I have not been receiving any data from, how can they be charging me for services they’re not providing. They told me I signed a contract and should honour.

As I’m speaking right now my credit score is beyond repair because of MTN. Worse for services I never used. I hate this network with my life. They’re very unprofessional even when you call them. They’re the worst. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
