MTN the worse network I had

I had taken three contracts out with mtn 1 for my wife an a router I then took 1 out for myself 2 years on the contracts are coming up for renew/cancelation I decided to cancel but when call 135 an select the appropriate option it does not allow you to that specific department the date was 25/26 July one months notice as the end date in end of August so after trying 10 to 15 times to get through I contacted the ***** line an guess what I get through I ask them to transfer me to the cancelations department I then speak to a women who I asked to put a notice of cancelation on all 3 contracts OK she assures me it's done my last payment will be at the end of August After I thought the contracts were canceled I received a email that my contracts have immigrated to month to month I then called mtn again an this time 10 to 15 times again on 135 eventually I get through I then asked them why has it been immigrated when I asked for the contracts Tobe cancel so I had to start the process again this time I was assured the contracts were canceled come September month end Mtn debts my account R100 for a service I canceled so I reversed the transaction I then contact MTN again an like wise 135 many attempts to get through had failed eventually I got through an then again I was told my contracts were on a month to month I had to do the process again of cancelation now at this point I'm furious so mtn decided to lock my cell numbers an suspend the service so now I have to go to an mtn store I pay the R111. 50 17th October 2023 to reopen the line on prepaid so I could get my numbers working again as the numbers are linked to everything they open the lines but my number that I use mtn has not open as it says the number you have called is no longer available on mtn network I now cannot retrieve my number not only that I can't even retrieve it on a different network as on the system it says mtn is in service of my number I'm just hoping that who ever reads this donot take on a mtn contract or service from them as they services are pathetic you will be running around I'm still without a cell number
