MTN the *****

Very bad Service provider! *******! Do not use them! I bought data in September 2021 through the MTN app. Money was deducted from my bank account but I never received the data. I called the call center multiple times and logged queries but never received a response nor was my issue resolved. I sent an email to the customer service email address and always receive a reply of "we have escalated your query" 6 months later it is still not resolved. I do not have my money back or the data I bought. No one helps you at MTN.
