Mtn the struggle continues- awful service.

<p>I have a data contract receiving 5gigs data every month. The last couple of months my data dissappear soon after the 2nd day of the month as it is credited to my account. It even gets worse because 3.6gigs of data dissapeared from my accout while my device was in for repairs with Mtn. Logged a call with the call centre this morning. Was told I can only do that on the 2nd of October. In the meantime I am sitting with a device I cannot use and Mtn will debit my account on the last day of the month without fail. Can you imagine any service worse than this ? I feel betrayed. </p>
