MTN, the ******* one
Lets see,<br> I have a contract with mtn which has been great up until a few months ago when I bought international data bundles (on about 4 different occasions) and yet I still got billed on my actual airtime and my international bundles were of no use when making the INTERNATIONAL CALL! obviously I called mtn (on many occasions) but hey even their workers new they suck since they were striking! So all I was left with were empty promises of reimbur*****t. Moving swiftly along to about as week ago, I purchased data for 2 gig which costs about R250 there about and it even confirms I bought the data as I was using the *141*2# self help menu. So as a person with \data"in my phone"

28 Sept 2015, 10:30Hello wallacek,
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service service.
We've perused your account and see that the request was still pending relating to the international data bundles purchased. We've now closed off the request and your account has been credited with R120.00 including VAT.
The matter pertaining to your 2GB data bundle purchase can only be logged after the 14th of October 2015 as the invoice is still unbilled. Our Billing Department will investigate the matter throughly.
We do also see that the call centre agent whom you've spoken to on the 27th of September 2015 has logged a request with our network support team to check why your airtime was depleted for making calls to the call centre when it should have been free and also what the issue is with your calls not connecting to Cell C numbers (SMC/***).
Regards
Tim
