MTN THE SO CALLED BEST MOBILE NETWORK WHAT A JOKE!!

At the end of September 2020, I was double billed by MTN , without my permission or authorization. Since then I have made at least 15 calls to their call centre and sent at least 30 emails to the so called" MTN Customer care division". Received just empty promises of a refund from them . I have been a client of MTN for the past 15 years on their highest package.
