MTN - the service provider that doesn't give a damn

I would not recommend MTN if they were the last provider on earth. Not only because of poor network in some areas - in others it is good - but purely because of their absolute incompetence in attending to complaints. Or is it arrogance? Who knows, and who cares.... they are trash, the pits, and guilty of false advertising and breach of contracts.
