MTN the service provider that cant provide a service.

I have never dealt with a worst service provider than MTN. I have wasted hours of waiting on the phone, just to have a number updated on the delivery details of my upgrade that needs to be sent to DSV so they can deliver my upgrade, but none of the 10 people I've spoken with at MTN, have been able to deliver any sort of service, as the details are still incorrect and I still don't have my upgrade. How is this level of incompetence acceptable, consumers should rather just use a different service provider, because MTN just disappoints.
