MTN - the service provider from HELL.

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me! Promised myself once I will never do business with MTN again after it took 2 years to get a device insurance policy cancelled. Against my better judgement I took out a contract again. Same story! Struggling to get services cancelled, getting billed incorectly and then being listed with ITC because I stopped my debit orders because they won’t stop taking my money. After I received written confirmation that the device insurance was cancelled, I get another invoice for the next month. The service provider from HELL!

I would rather eat out of a garbage bin and sleep on a lice invested blanket. Eat burning hot lava and lick dry ice before I EVER do business with MTN again. I don’t have words in my vocab to explain how much I despise this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
