''mtn the **** corporation of our time''

I have an outstanding issue with MTN since last year, u cannot get hold of anyone through 083-1-808, and the people I have managed to get hold of, has never gotten back to me.<br> MTN is the biggest **** of our time, with the worst customer relationship values I have ever had the displeasure to experience. <br> The one employee lying as much as the next, 'well look into it, 'well get back to you'<br> It's amazing MTN's still in business, how do you run a business with a customer care line, that has 24hr 'high volume' demand with customers holding the line for more than an hour???<br> Most disappointing to be doing business with you guys !<br> If anyone from MTN, can kindly contact me via e-mail I would be amazed.
