MTN - The sad truth of a has been provider

My account was handed over the legal department and they cancelled my contract, this was done without any warning in any shape or form. I paid the outstanding amount in full last week Thursday, its now Friday, more than a week later and my service is yet to be switched on. I can even begin to explain what a nightmare this has caused as a ripple effect, I can obviously not phone out so I have to communicate via FB and email to try reach MTN. I have email the legal department numerous times, I have followed up daily with MTN FB who told me they escalated the query with legal - 4 ****ing days ago...... I have always been a die had MTN supporter, NO MORE, they have left such a ****ty experience with me and the service is just absolutely pathetic, never in my life have I had to undergo such frustration.
