MTN the right deal but nobody's home!!

MTN does a lot of advertising and marketing. As your normal Black Friday deals in November. I've app**** online and received a reference number via Email. Upon phoning MTN they told me that they do not do the online sales but only Mondo and MTN direct handles these. I contacted Mondo and gave them my reference number which they maintained does not help them. They were more interested in new contracts then upgrades. Upon signing the new contract it was not a black Friday contract the wrong contract again. After phoning numerous times Mondo they maintained it's sorted out and the paperwork has been sent to MTN. MTN maintained that they could not do anything as they were waiting on Mondo which are the sales team for MTN. MTN did absolutely nothing to find out what the holdup was or attempted to sort out the problem. They just did not care as an other company was to blame but yet MTN website are the one I visited. I've got numerous contracts at MTN and have been with them for over 20 years. Other cell phone companies phone regularly for business and if MTN does not step up they will lose plenty clients. To do anything online or on a telephone conversation regrettably a no-go for anybody. I've recorded numerous conversations with MTN and Mondo.....as they always say they do the same for your protection.....You guys are a Joke!!
