Mtn The Reef

I have a shesha 600 with mtn which i got from the reef shopping mall, they sent me an invoice via email stating that i need to only pay my ususal R399 and i asked the consultant Lerato if that is the amount as they sent me an sms that the prices will go up and he said that on his side it only shows R399, now middle of the month my wifi gets cut off went to the store and they told me that i owe them R57 because they never received it, i showed them the email witb the invoice and they said it was probably a mistake so i said to them its not my problem the invoice and the consultant said it would only be from the end of February 2026 that the amount will increase, i try to get ahold of them via email and try to call them and they dont come back to me
