MTN - The problem of making promises that are not fulfilled. Some might call it lying.

Hellopeter, You really need a star rating below "Terrible", that's far too polite.

Reference ********** 458; A ********** ; E ********** 82

When finally you get a sensible response from MTN, because you have been forced to use Hellopeter. you would think that what MTN has promised is going to happen. It's simple 101 CRM.

Anyone reading the a previous response by MTN to my frustrations, would think MTN have responded very well..

But what MTN says it is going to do and what it does is not the same.

MTN says it is going to refund the long outstandng overcharges and it will reflect on your invoice. - Great I will be in credit. Did it happen? OF COURSE NOT!

Is the monthly charge the correct amount that was contractually entered into? OF COURSE NOT!

It's qute sad really, because there is likely no malice attached to the continued failure to give customer satisfaction, It's simply inefficiency and when you add up all the small amount of overcharges, it's ******* on a grand scale.

Thank you. But you know a customer should never be placed in this situation and it would not happenn if your systems were CRM orientated.

Dear Kabelo

With tears in my eyes. I know it's not your personal fault. BUT If my MTN account was credited on the 28th of July, why did MTN then debit my bank account with the incorrect amount on the 31st July, when rationally there should be no debit, given your statement? The amount debited also differs from the amount shown on my last invoice. Which differs from the agreed contractual amount. Please it cannot be that difficult!
