MTN the pits!

How frustrating dealing with MTN! I've been trying to do a number port to Telkom from MTN for about a month now with absolutely NO SUCCESS! MTN keeps giving me the run-a-round and claims that I need to provide the OTP that's supposed to come to my number to Telkom. The OTP never gets delivered and even if TELKOM tries to override it, MTN keeps on declining the request!! They should just be honest and say that they do not want their clients to move to a different service provider and still use their MTN number! After a month I'm still not helped. I'm definitely cancelling my remaining contract with them as well and will never do business with them again in future!
