MTN the Parasite

I have been a customer for about 12 months now. In Feb my debit order was increased from R649 to R740. I went to enquire, and I was told MTN made increments. When I tried to cancel I was told I need to pay +-R3 500 for early termination, so I stayed. Now I have no network and every agent I speak to keeps coming with the worst case scenario. At first they said they will refresh my sim card, the second one said it's my IP Adress settings, the third one said it's my tower, the last one said they will escalate and this could take 2-5 business days. I know for a fact that come month end, I will be debited fully.
