MTN the one of the worst businesses

MTN is one of the worst companies to do business with. I have been trying for a month to cancel my contract, but they don't reply to my emails. I contacted them on whatsapp and they sent my message to retentions@mtn, but they never rep****. They just carry on to debit my account.
