MTN the non communications company

Wish there was a negative rating as I would have used a minus 5 . Standing in customer service 1 as their head office while their sales associate tries to phone their own call centre as you can not cancel a contract at end of term in any store . Tried to cancel in Sandton store and they said although the store is open the Renton dept does not work on Sunday’s . I don’t want to be retained by such a poor communications company . I want to ensure my sons phone has been cancelled . Second attempt at clearwater and they say they also can’t cancel . So now at MTN head office customer care section 1 . 15 minute waiting while they call their own call centre upstairs . Lovely way to treat customers
