MTN the NEXT Telkom ! No network No Service delivery

Is MTN the new TELKOM ? For over TWO weeks there is no MTN network in our area.

This now happens monthly in our area and nobody from MTN seem to care. Also as soon as it rains MTN stops working !

We have children attending school and university that cannot contact loved ones in case of emergencies. Our local community have had to endure so much crime in the area and people are feeling unsafe without the mobile network as they are unable to contact emergency services and liaise on security forums.

Furthermore we are paying our monthly subscription in FULL without ANY service delivery. I demand a refund in my premium as I have been unable to use the services that I am paying for !

Is MTN the next TELKOM ?
