MTN the new face of ******** : 5G ****

I took a MTN 5G contact from after i logged a call on the MTN website. i had multiple agents call, so i finally decided to take the contract after been assured by the MTN consultant that my area is cover. Upon receiving the Device, it did not get any signal. MTN now says that it wont work because i do not have FIxed LTE in my area??? Now trying to cancel is a nightmare because i am getting transferred from 1 department to the next and now i apparently need to call a company called MONDO? MTN are the new face of ********
