MTN - the network who happily takes money without anything in return.

So my network disconnected on my ZTE LTE sim. Went to the branch in Piet Retief, which exists out of uninterested people there, who told me to phone 135 to have it fixed. Phoned 135 a bunch of times. Either they couldn't help, or they gave me another number (which was for roadside support even) or they hung up the line. The so called 'mtn champions' are just there to answer the phone, nothing else. Still my debit order goes off for me to pay having wifi connection, but I'm yet to even SPEAK to someone who has the faintest idea of how to fix my problem! I just get passed on as passed on and now I'm ****ed off. DO NOT GET ANYTHING THROUGH MTN!!!! All smiles when you take a product, but all you get are backes turned when you have a problem. Useless. Time wasting. Disappointing.
