MTN "the network for Mzanzi" - BULL

This shouldn't even have 1 star, should be minus stars! The most DISGUSTING service received from MTN as a whole! Other than the Network being down when there is loadshedding, I now have a HUGE problem. My mom is studying through UNISA and when they received the free data, she thought it would assist me in finding employment, unknowingly this put my PayAsYouGo to a 24 month contracted BUSINESS PLAN, where I can't buy my normal data. My profile has been switched from my own to my Mom's details!!! What is the point of RICA if my details were changed that quickly without permission? I spoke to 2 MTN call centre agents who both gave DIFFERENT versions - First the migration would occur within 48 hours then the next agent said only in mid September??? I was also told that I would have to go in-store to re-RICA? Yet my Mom was told that they would proceed with it immediately? THIS IS THEE WORST NETWORK EVER!!!!!
