MTN THE MOST USELESS NETWORK PROVIDER

Mtn the worst network provider. I app**** for a contract phone on August 2021 via their website and they called me and everything was done over the phone. On the website it showed that I will get data, voice, n airtime but when the sales person called me he said that one is no longer available I will only receive airtime, I said that's fine. My phone was delivered and sim card was registered. After a few weeks I got calls and endless sms claiming I'm owing car insurance, old mutual etc, of which I don't even have a car. I called mtn to let them know that I think I'm sharing my number with someone else because this phone is new they said I must go to mtn store, my problem is that why must I go to myn store when everything was done via the telephone now that they are able to deduct money from my account they say I must go to an mtn store. Their system can't pick up if one person is using the same number? To add on top my monthly airtime that I'm supposed to receive I don't get it it probably goes to the other person whome I'm sharing a number with and I've only received that airtime twice since August. Mtn is the most useless and network provider
