MTN THE MOST *********** COMPANY ONE CAN DEAL WITH!!!!!

I logged a ***** case with MTN South Gate on the 28th of JUNE 2021 after someone took 2X phone with my particulars, till this day I haven't received feedback. I called a lot of times, all their agents kept on telling me the system is down. Today I spoke to Agnes Moeletsi who was not interested in helping at all. She told me she cant assist because she is restarting the system for the entire 10minutes and made me repeat myself because she kept on asking one question a lot of times . I asked to speak to her senior, she said no senior is available as she went home already. How pathetic, I just want them to clear my name...
