Mtn the most expensive telecommunications service provider but poorest service delivery

Mtn has to be by far the worse service provider I have had the displeasure of dealing with. It started a few years back when my dad was upgrading, the mtn consultant Roxanne was quite happy dealing with me to ensure the upgrade was accepted but when I called back (due to poor delivery)I was told I was not the contract holder and didn't have a say...but when it came to sealing the deal I was fine to deal with even though it was still my dad's contract which I was assisting him with. Now as a student I am awaiting data since the 22nd of May to write exams which started on the 1st of June but have received no assistance that has actually helped...It's really ridiculous.
