MTN — The Most Abusive, Dishonest, and *********** Company I’ve Ever Dealt With

MTN sold me a premium phone and insurance without ever disclosing or explaining any terms and conditions at the point of sale. When my phone was ******, my claim was denied — not once, but twice — for completely contradictory reasons.

First, they said there was “no forced entry.” When I had the vehicle inspected by both Suzuki and a locksmith, who confirmed forced entry and lock damage, they still denied the claim. Instead of taking accountability, MTN passed me off to Santam, who then sent me straight back to MTN. For months I was caught in a loop of automated responses, vague emails, and ever-changing representatives, none of whom could provide a clear answer or a copy of the policy wording I supposedly agreed to.

This entire experience has been helpless, infuriating, and emotionally draining. MTN’s behavior amounts to false advertising, gross negligence, and consumer abuse. They sold me one of the most expensive phones on the market, failed to disclose the actual terms of the insurance, and then denied my claim despite proof of theft and forced entry.

MTN and their insurance partner are unjust, ***********, and *********. They should be boycotted by every consumer who values honesty and accountability. I will be cancelling all my contracts and will never support MTN again.

Shame on MTN for how they treat loyal paying customers. They are a disgrace.
