Mtn the ****mer not delivering on time , and refusing to give promise voucher +***7 this is their contact no ***

I am so disgusted and very angry , I bought a router for Wi-Fi on line advertised that tot get free gift with it and makes voucher , they took a long time to deliver than promised time , no apologies no communication , I immediately started questioning my voucher since the 6th of dec till today , they will ask me to stay on the line until they drop the call , I have spend 300 airtime trying to call , today they telling me I do not qualify for a voucher they cnt explain how , but the router is with me , they busy ****ming and attracting people with fall advert , I went to table bay mtn store in capetown. Horrible service today 21.12.2023 they told me it not they problem but it their product , I am so disappointed for such a big company to be ****mers
