MTN The leader in Poor Communication

How do you actually reach an MTN "Champion"? There is no way to reach an actual person to talk to and when you get to a branch they are unable to assist and say to dial 135 where you just get caught in a loop of endless options to select, every option under the sun accept for speaking with someone, a real person. What the heck MTN, for people in the business of communication, your channels of communication is extremely poor!
