MTN - The joke, the lie, the clown

I pay every month for a service that doesn't work. I can't even use my phone as a hot spot because the LTE you guys claim is slower than dial up from 1996.

It has been like this for months now, why should I pay you guys every month for over priced data that doesn't even work?

I have been a customer for about 20 years. I am now going to cancel my contract and contact Vodacom or Cell-C. I have been recording the the days and information as to when my phone doesn't work, and you're actually breaching your own terms of service, so I will cancel, and I won't be penalized, because you are actually robbing me of money and more importantly time, I can't use my smartphone to 1% of its potential because MTN is ok with their internet never working.

Worst company ever MTN, can't wait till the law forces you to price your product correctly, in which case it is worth nothing in terms of your service. Landed with your bums in the money, useless, nothing other than lucky children in the right place behind the right rich men at the right time.

I would rather over pay for internet and cell phone data that actually works.
