mtn the grove nelspruit

Went to a MTN Shop at the Grove in Riverside Nelspruit . signed up a contract on a Huawei P8 Lite the last week of May 2018. on the 1st of June 2018 went to the shop to collect the phone after 5pm and was informed that everything will be working within an hour ( which is the settings and the monthly airtime) i asked them if i could use my current MTN sim card the agreed and assisted me with sizing up the sim card into a Neno Sim, to my surprise till today the airtime was not loaded and i did not receive my contract, funny enough i walked out of there thinking they would remind me that just continued with what they were doing, i called them again to do a follow up was informed the airtime was loaded on the new sim card which was not given to me, just received an sms that my application is been submitted for approval ? like where is client services. and come month end MTN wants me to pay my monthly subscription and today is the 8th and they will want to charge me Pro Rata Feeds as well. poor services !
