MTN - The gods of uselessness and false advertising

Worst service and customer care. Not to mention false advertising. Got a new contract with the Flexi airtime option. Turned out you cant use the airtime for anything except calling. Even asked the agent at the MTN branch if we are able to buy bundles with the airtime and they said yes repeatedly. Cant even get in touch with sales agents, always on hold. But they are really quick to take your money and charge penalties. F*** YOU MTN! Now I am stuck with a contact for 36 months that is basically useless!
