MTN the Glen very very bad service

I had the worst experience with MTN the Glen Bongani moloi assisted me about a month back with renewing my business contracts . It’s been a month with no new phone or watches . He was so quick to sign everything and get it approved. He assured me I will receive the devices within a week . Unfortunately I’m still waiting. Yesterday I call him multiple times on his direct number . He refused to take my calls then eventually I used another number and he answered. I tried to explain my frustration the then said I’m rude and he is busy and cut the call . I then called the store and asked for the manager and he told me he is the manager and there is nothing I can do . What a horrible way of handling things . MTN I am very disappointed and you will be losing our business for good .
