MTN - The Glen shopping Centre poor and unfair customer service.

I want to share my poor bad service experience handed to me by MTN Store at the glen shopping Centre. on 21 October 2024, i went for an upgrade of my phone and came back on 22 October 2024, to exchange for another version which was only one day after my upgrading. This shop is flatly refusing to allow me to switch to another gadget of my choice as a paying customer and refusing to allow me to terminate the said contract. This is downright shabby poor service rendered to me as their long-term customer and want out of this contract if i cannot be allowed to change my preference.
