MTN The Glen shop 0465

I have been a paying MTN customer of 3 cell phone contracs for quite some time and would just like to express my sincere discuss with the appalling service I had at store 0219 the Glen from Soleka.

My wife's cell phone was stollen and I requested a sim swap and the phone to be blacklisted, At that time 18:30 Soleka did a sim swap and told me that the phone could not be blacklisted as the system was offline and told me that she would do it first thing tomorrow morning with a notification that would be sent to me indicating this.

Knowing that my wife had Important banking and personal information on the phone I was concerned that it would only happen the next morning so I expressed my concerns to Soleka, she then promised me that it would be done first thing tomorrow morning.

The next morning came and no notification, the afternoon came and still no notification, at that time being verry worried I called MTN the Glen but acedently phoned store 0465 and spoke to the manager Lucas Mphela who promply assisted me and told me that my phone had still not been blacklisted.........I was fuming and expressed my concerns to Lucas only realising that it was another MTN store at the Glen. I apologise to Lucas and decided to go to shop 0219 to hear wat the problem was after Lucas blacklisted the phone.

On my arrival at 18:23 I had to wait and was then assisted by Soleka herself. I immediately asked here why the phone was not blacklisted and here response was that the system was offline???, I then told here that she was bluntletly lying and that Lucas from store 0465 blacklisted the phone for me. Soleka kept on telling me that the system was offline and when I asked her for how long she couldnt tell me. During this time she made no eye contact with me and also when she did It was rolled back at me with a smirk on her face as if I wad irritating her and just a concerned thing standing infront of her, She really made myself and my wife feel like idiots and unwelcome without even apologising nor greeting us when we left,

If this is the way MTN treats its loyal customers or allow Soleka to do so, im afraid I will have to go to another service provider that treat me like the customer I am.

Please thank Lucas Mphela for his assistance
