MTN THE GLEN - BAD AND ********* SERVICE PROVIDER

I posted on Hellopeter the bad service i received from MTN the GLEN and that that issue contracts and give you faulty phones but refuse to take the phone back within the seven day period as promised. MTN respponded to my message saying that someone will contact me. It is now more than 12 days and still no word from MTN. I am currently paying for a contract for a phone I cannot use
