MTN THE GLEN

I am extremely disappointed in MTN the Glen. I went there over 3 weeks ago to get a MacBook Neo. They have not had stock of the laptop and yet NO ONE has communicated, called or reassured me that the matter was being dealt with. I’ve been with MTN for the past 8 years and never been more disappointed in its service. I’m still waiting for a response, phone call and or any sort of communication from MTN.
