MTN the ****erer!

I can not begin to describe the level of disgust and utter dissappointment i have towards MTN right now. I was sent an email via Shaik Shapiro attorneys saying i was handed over by MTN for an unpaid contract phone on the 1st Aug. First of all I am a Telkom Mobile user have been for the past 4-5years now. Secondly i dont have a contract phone, the one and only one i have is the same one i took when i became a Telkom mobile user those ancient years ago. To cut a long story short, i followed up and have called MTN for the past 2 months now to have this rectified, i was given a period of 21 working days, its 2 months later and they have still been unable to proof that this was a case of *****. I sent through an affidavid, a certified copy of my ID, I have requested that they send me a copy of my alleged contract, send me a copy of the phone list this number calls, proof of ANYTHING proving that i took that phone but to this day there is still NOTHING. I NEED HELP MTN AS THIS IS MESSING UP MY CREDIT RECORD!!!
