MTN THE ********** WHO HAVE USELESS PEOPLE WHO CANNOT GET IT RIGHT TO ASSIST

MTN obviously like promoting *****, even encourage their employees to do *****, as I did not go into the store and one of their employees in Clearwater Mall added the additional data connection to my account, without me signing anything. I have called them more than 8 times, each time being advised that they have notified their billing to stop charging it to me and also notified their ***** department. I have emailed their ***** department twice who auto respond and advise that you will get a response within 3 days. I have heard nothing from them in 3 weeks. YET THEY ARE STILL LETTING WHOEVER USE MY ACCOUNT AND CHARGING ME FOR IT. TO DATE IN EXCESS OF R 1600
