MTN - The cure for low blood pressure!

MTN your processes are so ill thought out, so illogical and plainly so ridiculous that most of your staff don't even understand them. We have a sim only contract. We want to change it to a new contract which now includes a device. It is maybe possible, but you have to be seriously determined, have the patience of a saint and the tenacity of a bull terrier. Then if you jump through enough hoops you just may be able to achieve it in under a week! From the branch not having a form, to no one actually actioning the form when it is finally sent in, to different people telling you different processes, it is a disaster, but with precious little competition, they don't have to pay more than lip service to customer care. Really Mr Shuter, I challenge you to call MTN as a customer and try this excercise. Every dealing I have had with MTN has been a pain in the butt.
