Hello TruthseekerKonra,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.

According to our records your contract has been cancelled and the number is migrated to Prepaid. Please note that your contract expired on the 03/10/2015 and your last invoice is for the 01/10/2015. Kindly note that all charges are valid as a contract does not get cancelled before it expires.

We trust that you will find the above in order.

Kind Regards
Itumeleng Rakoena
