MTN the company that takes, but never really gives...

Not happy at all with the service I'm getting lately! On the 4th and the 6th I've baught R40 one week data bundles as I'm traveling.

My internet service isn't working at all, I cannot use any socials unless I'm on wifi and this has been very frustrating over the last week!

In other occasions my bundle just depletes whet I know full well that it's impossible! My contract tops up with 500mb each month and without doing anything, a day after the top up, it drops to 250mb...

Looks like our money is good enough but MTN doesn't really care if their service works or not. Not to even mention that it's non existent during loadsheding!

Really pathetic!
