MTN, the business who *****s your money.

I have a data contract which expired December 2022. The contract amount was R299 per month. Now MTN has put it up to R1500 per month. Same data but 5 times the price.

I have been trying to resolve this for 2 months. I sat five hours in their Clearwater Mall branch. I phoned and phoned and phoned them. I tried to either upgrade or terminate this contract. It is expired after all. There are lots of promises but the exorbitant debit order now went off again for the 3rd month in a row.

MTN will not help me. It is by far the most *********, dishonest business I have ever dealt with.

How do I stop you *****ing my money??
